If you receive a call from someone saying they are from United Federal Credit Union and they are asking you to give them personal information do not give it to them. When you receive a valid phone call from United Federal Credit Union we will not ask for personal information we already have on file such as your social security or account number.
The credit union will never request personal information in this manner and any solicitation of this nature should always be considered suspicious. If you have any doubt that it is the credit union calling please request their caller's name, then hang up and call our Member Service Center at 888-982-1400 to verify the person calling is really an employee of United Federal Credit Union.
If you have given personal or account information over the phone recently please contact our Member Service Center immediately at 888-982-1400.
